Properties outside the Benalmádena–Marbella area: a mileage supplement of €0.30/km applies (one way) from our base of operations. This covers Estepona, Nerja, Málaga city and other locations beyond our standard area. We will always confirm the exact supplement before any visit.

Cleaning services

Professional cleaning, coordinated and supervised.

For rental changeovers, owner visits, closed properties or end of season. Laundry service available alongside any cleaning from €20.
